Where is NONA PERKASA made?

Nona Perkasa is based in Bali Indonesia, all garments are made designed and made here.

Are the sizes the same across all collections?

We aim to keep our sizing as consistent as possible across all our collections. However, due to product construction, fabrics and cuts there can be some variation. Always check our size guide for more information or please email us for any questions.

Can I add or remove items after my order has been placed?

Once your order has been submitted you cannot add or remove any items from your order. To add you must make a new order.

Do you ship worldwide? 

YES WE DO! We offer express ems shipping for $30. On all orders above $200 shipping is free.

Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?

Please note we are not liable for customs clearance fees in your country upon arrival and holding times.

In some cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.

You will be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers). Please check your government import laws before ordering from out website. 

if your package is returned to us due to unpaid customs taxes in your country, a $15 deduction will be applied from your refund to cover the processing of returning the package. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
